The most challanging part of this project for me was finding sources, and information on the artist. Also I need to compare my piece with others. The written description was pretty easy and it wasn't hard to do the blogs. I wish the project had less parts to it and was more striagth froward and broken down. Keeping track and doing all the assinments is hard and time-consuming. Yes but simplify it. It is a lot easier to do smaller more focused project, you can concentare on one thing and learn a lot more than being trobuled with getting everything done.

Today i am finishing my written description, doing some reaserch on my author/finding my scources. I still need to do the anaylisis and compare my piece to the others. I think i will do some of this at home if i can.

Blog 4+5 Interpreting Art

I have yet to write the written description, i am having trouble finding sources, and i am also having a hard time finding the message or porpose to my piece of art. Right now i am keeping up with the blogs and trying to type up a description. I have not really finished thinking about my piece yet, but i think i would like it shorter, 5-7 minutes would be fine.

What did i learn today?

I found my picture from a trip to the weismen art mesuem. It was very helpful and i didnt need to use any searches.

Final Piece chosen

I chose my final piece and got the information. Wesley Kimler, Hunter/Prey, 1985. She was born in 1953, in Chicago. She is known for making huge paintings.

Doin' Some Blogging for the first time and pretty tired

I have chosen my piece for Hodge. Right now I have no clue what the title is or the artist but I am going to find out. I really like this piece and it isso cool.
